The report used by our Inspectors was custom designed by Steve Sutter to cover every system in detail. Over 300 individual line items will be checked, then broken down into several hundred more items. Included with the computer generated report is a typed summary, ASHI maintenance brochures, recommendations on any safety, health, or environmental conditions observed, and a glossary of terms used.
Also, included in the summary are digital pictures of major components, along with pictures of those areas most homeowners never venture into - crawlspaces, attics, roofs, etc. In this way the latest in digital technology will help set the client's mind at ease.
