If possible, we would like for you to attend the inspection and walk around with us. We値l be glad to answer any of your questions, and point out any items of interest - both positive and negative. We値l show you how to turn off the gas, water & electrics, and also explain the theory behind the various mechanical systems and what to look for and do for preventative maintenance. It痴 not necessary for your Realtor to attend the inspection, although she/he is also very welcome.
